Very Dissapointed

I booked a room for a surprise for my daughters 30th birthday the room arragement was for her with her not knowing i and my wife had arrived in adelaide from perth. I asked the reception to keep my presence a secret and to make a booking in the hotels restraunt for 5 people the receptionist complied and confirmed this would be done. My wife and i arrived before my daughter at the restraunt only to find no booking had been made and they could not arrange a table even after speaking to the manager on duty. I and my wife left after airing our dissapointment this absolutely wrecked what was supposed to be an exciting 30th birthday surprise for our daughter. We were so depressed we returned to our hotel and informed my daughter to come and meet us to try and arrange where to go for a meal. Again my wife and i were so distraught the whole plan had been wrecked i will never forget my daughters 30th birthday all the way from perth to be totally let down by incompetence. I would never recomend this Hotel and its staff to anyone. Again what a let down.
