GREAT LOCATION AND VERY HELPFUL STAFF

THE STAFF WE EXCELLENT ENURING WE WERE ABLE TO CHECK IN EARLY AND ALSO GOING OUT OF THEIR WAY ON A NUMBER OF OCCASSIONS TO ENSURE OUR STAY WAS ENJOYABLE. THE LOCATION WAS EXCELLENT, THE ROOMS ARE STANDARD (GETTING WHAT YOU PAY FOR) BUT CLEAN WHICH IS IMPORTANT.
I AM TRULEY SUPRISED TO SEE SUCH NEGATIVE FEED BACK FROM OTHER GUEST. i WOULD DEF RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AND WOULD DEF STAY HERE AGAIN

The shower head leaked up the wall, the tv made a horrible noise when it was switched on. I don't think there was enough comminication between staff shift changes as we booked it on the first night for two nights and as we had two different bookings for the same room the person checking us in did not confirm with the next receptionist on duty that we had checked in for the two nights and so our room was almost given away for the second night. After I had called twice the week before to confirm that everything was okay

Worst ever

You are lost if you get standard room 202. Toilet didn't work for the whole time. I asked them to fix it but they didn't care about.
The ceiling was hanging down, the shower glass was broken, the floor was dirty, the view was on an old colorbond roof which has the same level then the window.

Next time I will stay in a hostel which is much better and cleaner.....

Worse then a roadhouse

This was THE MOST disgusting hotel i have ever stayed in! My partner and I stayed here on our road trip to Darwin, meaning we stayed in remote country towns and these remote country towns, One was a roadhouse and it was a much better facility then this hotel!!
