Room was very adequate and clean. We found the laundry facilities very por and needed maintenance. Some of the staff were quite friendly and we found the Hotel was value for money!

I booked this place thinking I was going to be spending a lovely night away. I think not. The staff were extremely rude, the rooms were disgusting as cutlery was found dirty. I would not reccommend this place to anybody.

The Astor Metropole was a horrible place to stay and i would never stay there again nor would i tell people to stay there.

The staff were rude , it was unclean and the door to our room did not lock. It would not even rate this as 3.5 star hotel it is certainly not that.
