Hotel in an old building -- Zettler Gernot

We liked the old style of the building with the fotos from the past of Brisbane and the old desks and furnitures. We also liked that warm water was in the room.

i stayed for 4 nights and the staff were helpful and pleasant. i had a standard room which had what i wanted. the only thing i could of had was that coffee and sugar should have been supplied.

but overall it was value for money and would recommend it

It was a terrible stay at this hotel, the room was dusty, l was sneezing the whole night. The sheets were dirty and l did not enjoy my stay at all. never stay at this hotel!!!!!!

Would stay here again -- Brenton

Stayed here last time I was in Brisbane for a concert short walk to the venue and the train station. Found the place clean and tidy great value for money friendly staff. Would stay here again. I try to book for for Soundwave (concert) but was all booked out i just hope where i stay this is half as good . I would tell my Friends and family to stay here on their next trip down

We arrived to a frosty reception were told we couldn't book in until 2.00 which wasn't explained on web site so had to sit around on day of leaving we were told too late there was a pool also had noise every night and the last night drunk girls making noise until 12 at night then from 4.30 a.m. complained to night watchman who was snotty and nothing was done really bad experience would not recomend at all
