Would not stay again

Staff seemed too overwhelmed with an event that created a busy time and could not seem to cope with our basic reservation. We felt we were given a very bad room after asking to check in half hour early ( check in was 2pm). Staff seemed too preoccupied an not willing to help us even as my partner had a migraine. We were given a back room that was unclean, very basic and right behind the elevator!

We were less than impressed with our stay recently. To begin with our room was not ready for check in time and we were not notified of this prior. The receptionist offered to store our luggage in the locker room, however after arriving back over three hours later noticed that our bags were still in the foyer, only to have the receptionist say that she was wondering who's they were.
There was no apology or offer to fix the situation at this time.
the television in the room did not work either and we did not find the staff to be very helpful.
Would not book at this hotel again.

Good location but basic

This is a very basic hotel in Brisbane's CBD . The staff are friendly enough and the reception area was OK.

The rooms were basic . The best thing is the location which is hard to beat.

Our room was opposite the lifts which are VERY noisey and made it difficult to sleep.

Most disappointing was the 'cooked' buffet breakfast. There was little to choose from and it was barely warm and undercooked. The coffee was stewed and they ran out of coffee cups!!

Also be aware that this hotel charges guests for car parking.
