Good location but basic Feb 2009 - Anonymous, Vancouver Canada This is a very basic hotel in Brisbane's CBD . The staff are friendly enough and the reception area was OK. The rooms were basic . A bit average May 2009 - Anonymous, Gold Coast Our room was opposite the lifts which are VERY noisey and made it difficult to sleep. Most disappointing was the 'cooked' buffet breakfast. There was little to choose from and it was barely warm and undercooked. The coffee was stewed and they ran out of coffee cups!! Also be aware that this hotel charges guests for car parking.
