This is an average motel. Yes the facitities arent to the best of quality, the rooms aren't the best in the world and the price may be quite high to what it is worth.

However the staff and the owner's are the nicest people you would ever meet, they are very understanding and enable you with the best accomodation, they can give.

If you think it looks and sounds nice, its not, its poorly run and run down (the stairs at the end units are taped off as being dangerous), the units aren't too bad inside, that's if you get a renovated one, go somewhere else and save yourself the pain.
