Hotel Policies
Guests arriving early/late (outside recept hrs) plse contact the resort directly to make arrangements to access your apartment. PLEASE NOTE: Photo ID and credit imprint to be supplied upon check in. *Please note construction will commence in the adjacent building site in mid March, this will only effect the 3 bedrooms units on the eastern side of the building. Minimal disruption expected.
Cot hire charges are payable direct on arrival.
Children 0-3years stay for no charge unless a cot is required.
Extra adults and children 4-16 years use a roll-away bed or sofa bed, charged at $32 per person per night. Please refer to room description for maximum number of people in each apartment.
