A great value hotel in an ideal location. Very affordable, only a minute from Cavill Avenue and all its attractions plus a couple of minutes walk to the Surfers Paradise Beach. Our room was really clean and modern. Staff very helpful and friendly.
The location is the hotel's only saving grace. Easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The room itself was the 2nd worst I've ever stayed in. It reeked of room freshener, like they were trying to cover up even more gross smells. The decor was like something out of the 60's or 70's. The bathroom was grotty. Two of the light bulbs had blown. I won't be staying there again.
This was one of the best weekends I've had in a long time!!! The staff at Courtyard by Marriott were well mannered, and always helped when asked. The concierge was extremely helpful with our weekend as we were going clubbing so he gave us passes to get into clubs!!! I have already recommended it to my friends and will definitely continue to use this place when I go to the Gold Coast! Thanks for a great weekend, I enjoyed every minute!
