Getting there / transfers

We are 30km North from the Gold Coast Airport or 85km south from Brisbane. Please follow the signs for Surfers Paradise. We are located next to the Police Station & are at the cnr of Cypress & Ferny Ave.

Horrible service

Rooms are great, Great furnishings etc but it ends there. Room was dirty and unkept. Room was advertised as having foxtel but upon arrival it did not work and although we advised the managers of this daily it was NEVER even looked at and we were told on departure to just deal with it. They got upset with us because we wouldnt let a man service the dish washer at 7 am when we had 3 kids in bed. Pool was at a point you couldnt swin in it as the temperature was too high. The hardly comprehendible woman on the front desk was rude and un proffesional. We spent the week looking from our balcony to the crown towers pool wishing we had paid the extra money and not let this horrible place ruin our holiday. Should have taken the bad reviews we read prior to booking into account and stayed away. As the woman on the front desk told us also, you get what you pay for.... we got around half of it

this place is below average

If you can afford to stay somewhere else, then do so- this place proves the old saying, you get what you pay for. the Indian lady running the place actually told me this! If I owned an apartment in this buliding I would not want her trying ti rent it out or cleaning it- it was filthy. it was totally un- child friendly, There were 1000 rules, We paid 120 per night industry rate as I run a beach house in Australia. i would have rathered paid 20 a night at a back packers
