Expected better for the price paid

The price of A$110 for an express room with no air condition and no breakfast is a bit too high. It will be nice if breakfast is included.

I stated at this hotel for two nights and paid 192 dollars Aus per night.

The tv had at least 2 channels where the reception was appalling. If the establishment was a motel and charging 100 to 120 a night this I could I understand but to refurnish the hotel and ask almost 200 bucks a night and get this in return is beyond comprehension.

I informed the reception staff after the first night and was told they would have someone have a look at the probelm but nothing was done.

How can the hotel justify charging customers this amount of money?
