Rooms were lovely and clean plus smelled clean. Room was nice size, but bathroom bit small. Parking securely is a big plus here as is gated. Front-desk reception staff were friendly. Nice and close to everything including access to trams to go into CBD of Melbourne. Breakfast was fantastic value in Restaurant. Would definately stay there again.
