Neat , tidy and well located

I thought we had a good deal for a centrally located and $99 per night stay including breakfast booked online on this site . Small rooms , but this didn't bother us. Staff seemed a bit busy , but they answered our questions OK.

For the price we would definitely stay here again.

Used for hospital visit

We've had to stayed here a couple of times , since it's near to the Royal Children's Hospital , Royal Melbourne Hospital and Women's Hospital's - yes we've been to all 3.

So it's location is very handy , but the place is a bit tired . It's a good basic hotel , good value for the money but it could sure do with a refurb after all these years. 3.5 stars , not 4 , but still happy with it and will stay again when we have to return.
