Room was good for the price, although the shower was not as clean as it could have been.the staff were friendly, and location was good.

It was what we wanted so far as it had all that we required for this particular stay. The room was very clean, had an iron & board, I loved the full length mirrors & location was great. Close to train, shuttle to airport & we took a tram to our friends in St Kilda.We were very happy.
One thing that did stand out.... your staff were extremely helpful. Twice we waited at the busy reception, where the staff were calm & gave us all the time 'we' needed when it was our turn. This is something to be proud of as it's common in those situations that staff become pressured and fail to give the attention to each individual because they're more concerned at hurrying you off, so that the next person can be served & they won't feel as pressured.... Well done! to the training management!!

Only stayed the one night with my wife. Arrived early and they allowed an early check-in. Looked after our bags for the day AFTER check-out while we did the tourist thing. Central location was excellent for what we wanted to do. Room was clean and comfortable; staff were helpful and friendly. Excellent value for money. Will definitely stay there next trip

We had a very nice stay in your Travel Lodge Hotel. It was very clean & it was very handy to everything. The staff were very good at their job and very helpful.

I first stayed here a couple of years ago, when booked in by someone else. We loved the location...walking distance to everything in the CBD.

Had to return recently on business....thought the same....the only cabs I caught were to and from the airport.
