Not a good stay

Older room but clean, lady on reception very friendly. Reverse cycle air-conditioner was very old and extremely noisy, couldn't leave it on at night making for a very cold room. At 1.30am a mini bus load of guest arrived, apparently they had booked 4 rooms to watch a world cup match, for the next 2 hours they ran up and down yelling. At one point we heard our door know being rattled - weren't worried much as it was locked, then hear a the key - next moment the door was opened up, luckily we had the chain acrross. Complained the next morning, couldn't believe someone elses key opened our door, didn't really get a explanation for this just appologies for the noise.
