    I stayed here knowing it was a cheap hotel room. As most people know the more you pay the better the quality. For how much I paid for this room I was pleased. This is obviously not a 300 dollar a night room and in saying that for the price it is and the location I thought it was great.
    So to those who are complaining about parking and bad service next time maybe you should stay somewhere out of the city or a place that charges you 40 dollars to park your car for the night or pay more money for a higher star hotel.

    I recommend this hotel to people who are there to sleep and spend the rest of there time viewing this beautiful city from a fantastic location

    Happy and recommended.

    Great location in the centre of Perth, close to Miss Maude's and Perth Hospital. The hotel has an attractive reception , provided a comfortable room. Downstairs it had a good bar and restaurant .

    Very poor indeed. I was gone within 10 minutes of checking in. The place was dirty, no facilities and staff were incompetant and unhelpful. Don't go there. The only way this one could have recieved any stars was bribery.

    Very poor indeed. the room was so small there wa no room between the beds of our twin room. The ensuite was basic and very dated and there are no parking spaces as such. I was told that it was on a first come first served basis but none of the other guest I spoke to had got a space either. The loction is good but every thing else is very poor.

    We were very dissappointed with the bathroom facilities, tiles were dirty in shower, and there was mould in the grout, I had to clean my self before using!!!! I am a cleaner in a caravan park, so this is not an idle complant.

    The remote control batteries were flat, and also the key would not open the door, it kept sticking, we were in room 209, We tried to book our car for a car space, and were told this was not possible, it was first in first served,and as we had been on a tour and did not check in til 5.30, there was no places left? what were we supposed to do????

    Also the air conditioners dripped all night, as they sit out of the windows, so sleep was not at a premium, I had to put a hand towel on top of it to stop the noise., would not recommend to anyone to stay
