OK for the price

I stayed here on business for a couple of nights and thought I'd pass on some quick notes to help others.

The area is quite good as it is a short walk to the riverside ( Swan River ) and the central downtown area. There are other hotels closer but many are in busier and nosier streets .

The hotel food is an average menu with not too many items on it - they could have expanded the menu a little i think.

The room size was large. There is a big construction site beside the hotel and unfortunately this was our view, but it didn't disturb us in terms of noise. But we were out most of the day from 9 to 5 .

It looks like there's not long to go on the construction , so it may not be an issue in the near future.
