Unexpectedly Good

Wireless internet was great. The complimentary drink at the pub was nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great deal (15% off the bill) with the Japanese restaurant next doors. I had dinner there on both nights during my stay. Overall, I am very satisfied. Highly recommended.

Great location, Very Clean

Excellent location if you're looking to be near the city shopping mall, just down the street.

Very clean, very neat. Could get a bit noisy because of the bar downstairs. No carpark attached which was disappointing as parking in the city is very expensive.
Check-in is quite late (2pm) but staff was friendly and helpful and stored my luggage for me until I went back to check-in.

Right in the heart of the city only a few minutes walk to Hay Street Mall. Great location with all amenities close by.
Very friendly and helpful service provided.
The only downside was no parking facility provided but if you do not have a vehicle then this is without a doubt the best value hotel in Parth CBD!
