• fountaindale - is it realy a grand manor house

  The place seem amazing from outside, one a large plot of land with some beautiful gardens. Walked into the main entrance and there was a lovely burning log fire.....perfect for that winters night. Went to my room, and it was really small, no bathroom, no TV (great if you want a quiet night). There was a party in the function room, so it seemed like there were 20-30 children running wild as the parents enjoyed themselves. Very noisy in the room, very cold in the room, could hear the music all night and the children running around...only thing that kept me going was the electric blanket. Breakfast was nice,,,,full buffet style. Forget the coffee machine...if you like coffee. Stick to a cup of tea. Overall it was ok for a night, but definately wont be going back there anytime soon. Your best to go to the famous robertson pie shop and keep driving onto moss vale or bowral.
