The rooms are big, modern, well furnished and equiped, and clean. Lovely en-suite. Excellent value if ur a couple or family. As a single person i didnt need quite so much room (although it was lovely) and i wouldnt usually pay quite so much. The location is quite central, but actually pretty quite. Nice to go home to a less hectic street., but still within easy walking distance of the CBD.

The landlady/owner is particualrly friendly and nice.
