Great Hotel, Great Location AAA -- Claudia

The Hotel couldn't be in a better place, across the road from parking and the Monorail train stop it is also a short walk from Darling Harbour restaurants, clubs and attractions.
I stayed in a studio room, but it was bigger than many double rooms I have stayed in. Clean, big and spacious rooms with decent sized bathroom and full oven and kitchen also included. I will not only stay here again but will also recommend to friends and family. Excellent staff and excellent hotel overall.

Reading other reviews of this hotel, I had some trepidation with our choice. However, this was promptly allayed when I checked into the hotel. The person on the desk was friendly polite and helpful, and even gave us an upgrade from a studio to a one bedroom apartment. However, the first room was not to our liking, only in the fact that we like to have a balcony. He cheerfully moved us to another room, but still made it an upgrade. The room was very clean and tidy and met all our expectations. Throughout our three day stay, I only encountered friendly and helpful staff and would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. I still am bewildered by some of the other reviews.
