bad!!!!!

Dec 2009 - ja, rosehill

Ok this is what happened to my husband and me on 9th of dec in this hotel. After we sleeping, their stuff entered our room without asking or knocking the door. he saw us naked on the bed but saying that he was going to clean the room and he did not say anything to apologize (there is no " do not interrupt" sign for us to put outside the door. Besides we checked in 1 hour before that, I think there is plenty of time for them to know there is a customer in the room). So we called the manager ( Kevin )to complain about this . We spend 30 mins to talk to him but all we get is , it is their policy to do that and they did not do anything wrong. if we are not happy we can leave but we can’t get any money back. After all this we just leave (we stayed there about 2 hrs including 35mins talking to their stuff and 15 mins for picking up ) . All we ask is say sorry when they did something wrong unfortunately none of them did. Getting money back is not that important to us , but we had a really unpleasant holiday , and we want to put the review there to let people know , this hotel is not a good choice to spend their holiday with.

Excellent location near racecourse

We stopped over for 1 night as we had a function at Rosehill Racecourse right opposite.

When we come back for racing weeks we will stay here. The unit would be great for staying longer term stays as it has all the things you want for self catering and living -dishwasher,washing machine and dryer.

The place gave us a lot of flexibility to invite friends over , even though we could have saved $10 down the road at another hotel , the value here was better.
