On arrival the car park was easy to locate, parking was a bit tight but have been in cars parks alot smaller, but the lift didn't have the floor number for reception so we guessed and lucky got it correct. The two ladies at reception didn't seem very interested in being there (not sure of their names). I also asked if the sofa bed was made up as the booking was for three people, I was advised that it had been made up, on arrival to the room the sofa was checked and not made up, there was no compendium to advise reception contact number to contact reception to advise them that the sofa bed was not made up so had to go back downstairs to advise them, when a roll away was delivered to the room it have a plastic coated wire rope around it that could not be undone so I had to pull the sheets and blankets off the roll away to use the sofa bed which only had a thin mattress that the springs stuck into me during the night. The lounge could do with a replacement. The location was fantastic for where we were going and the rooms size good, but the rooms a little dated and in need of a good clean, same with the awning under our room (shoes, socks, bottles, cigarette butts, wrappers on it). A shower curtian instead of glass seemed very strange for a four and a half star establishment and only two towels for three poeple. The bathtub is not very wide for standing in for the overhead shower.
Great in every way will definately stay there again

Health and fitness are a big part of the Sydney lifestyle, and there are several leisure centres visitors can take advantage such as the Ian Thorpe Aquatic Centre on Harris Street. Named after the five times Olympic Gold Medal winner, this spectacular building constructed in the shape of a wave has a wide of facilities including a 50-metre swimming pool, as well as two smaller pools, spa, sauna and steam room, fitness centre and café.
The Liverpool Street area has a wealth of cafés, bars and restaurants to enjoy. It is also home to the Liverpool Street Gallery, which has been hosting exhibitions of contemporary art since 2003, mostly in the form of paintings from a wide range of Australian and international artists. Sculpture and photography exhibitions are also included in the gallery’s programme. The building itself is very impressive, thanks to its large glass front.
