  • Friendly and helpful

Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and tidy. Outside the lifts some paint was peeling and the pool/spa area was very tired looking and could do with a good clean, ( especially the spa) - overall it was a nice stay and very close to Town Hall and transport
