NOT HAPPEY TRAVLER

Jan 2010 - Keith R, BRISBANE

So so sooo disappointed with this Voyages, and if this was the only Voyages resort god help them.

This 'resort' had
1) such bad service

2) horrible rooms (with around $300 per night for the cheapest and $500 for the 'top' end room, they leave a lot to be desired- peeling paint, rotting wood,

3) food that was terrible (and only offering one option for tea

4) old facilities (pools needed to be drained and re-done as paint or pool pieces are peeling off, only 2 beach umbrellas near the ocean pool, old and broken lounge chairs, no AC in dining room- terrible, . as we had no choice but to go into the heat filled dining room at dinner time)

Voyages a really, bad name. One of the guests said 'this must be a training ground for other resorts' which was met with 'I don't think so, what other resort would hire these people?'

That really sums up our expensive five day holiday. I will find another beautiful beach side resort to stay at and not waste my money on this. Australia has too many other beautiful resorts and places to stay at.
