• good location & value in Auckland

  The location of Bankside Waldorf Apartments is very central- only 400 m from the main railway station, 300 m from the shops in Queen Street and from Auckland University. We stayed in a large studio hotel apartment with balcony with nice views.The apartment had a kitchen,laundry and internet service.We had parking and the building has a very good security.Modern, very clean and spacious accommodation at bargain rate in Auckland City. Very suitable for holiday or just visiting the city.

• Great location & value in Auckland

  My friend and I stayed here for 4 nights at the beginning of April. Overall we were happy with the room/hotel. The room was very modern, had lots of storage and had good facilities including a well equiped kitchen with microwave, oven, hotplates, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, kettle and sink. All stainless steel and very cleverly organised. The room also had a private bathroom with shower and heated towel rack. The room is air conditioned/heated and also has Pay TV. There was also a small balcony which offered us great views of the Skytower - looked awesome at night when illuminated blue! (see photo) The manager of the hotel was really friendly and easy going and the security at the hotel is great. There is no parking at the hotel but there is a parking lot (pay) directly across the road and lots of street parking close by. The hotel is in a great location. A 5 minute to Queen street (central street with most of the shops) and 10 minutes to the Harbour/ferry terminal. I would recommend this hotel to people who are basing their trip around activities in the city or activities departing from the city and who like to be able to cook their own meals rather than having to eat out every meal.

• great location & value in Auckland

  Great great Auckland City location, Spacious,clean,modern fully furnished and equipped studio hotel apartment accommodation with great views from the veranda. We stayed in Waldorf Bankside for 5 nights and had great time. Good internet service. The apartment have full kitchen, laundry and nice views.Very reasonable rate.Good deal.

• Great location & value

  Bankside Waldorf Serviced apartment location is great just easy walking from the water frot, queen St & Auckland uni where we had a 1 week training programe. Our apartment was fully furnished, clean, tidy with kitchen & internal laundry as well as nice veranda with some water views. Our car parking was about 40 m from our door step. Very secured complex ( important for females travellers) and responsible on site managemnt which made our stay more please- good place to stay!
