Great Overnight Stay

We loved our overnight stay at this Hotel. We checked in 2 hours early, and asked to upgrade from a standard suite to an Executive Suite, normally a $50 upgrade, when we went to pay for it in the morning, they waived it as the computers were a bit slow. Had a late check out at 12pm instead of 10am. The room was perfectly clean and quiet even though right by the lift. Incredible view on 18th floor and really comfy king sized bed! Best location on Queen Street Mall.

Enjoyable but..................

My stay was great, the location of the hotel is ideal, and even the size of the room was great.

My only form of complaint i guess would be reception, they weren't very helpful when i wanted to organise a car rental. They left it up to me to sort it myself, and in the end when i asked if they could organise it to be picked up, i was basically told i had to roganise it myself as well!!
