We came back

Me and a group of mates stayed there in 2008 while they were completing rennovations, and were very happy with the location and the incredibly low prices. Literally you will not find a better deal.

Now that rennovations are finished, we came back, and its still cheap, but now its much better. It has excellent facilities and they really thought of the things you might need; eg. Massive lockers if you stay in a dorm, water bottle refill areas, instant boiling taps, multiple bathrooms everywhere, gym, lounge, WIFI (you have to pay extra), swipe entry 24/7.

The gym was basic however with treadmills and a couple of resistance machines-would have been nice to have some free-weights to get a pump going before heading out.

It was very clean since the rennovation, and I witnessed sweeping and mopping of our dorm on a daily basis, as well as the bathrooms. We were seriously stoked to find this place-the best accommodation dollar-value in and Aust. capital we have come by.

Is one of the best backpackers I've ever been to. it's clean, the rooms are good, the furniture is new, you get a good locker and your light.

The location is good, is easy to walk to the city.

I tried the 4 doorm and one night I was with some girls and the next one there were all boys, I was the only girl in the dorm and that was a bit surprising, didn't feel like the best situation.

It's better female dorms and male dorms for safety mainly.

I was really impressed with my stay. I found everything to be very clean, and organised.

The only big issue was the guy above me in the bunk bed. His snooring was nothing like I have ever heard before!!!!!!!

Really clean: kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms are clean every day.

I tried double and dormitory, and both are clean . You've got space and furnitures is new.
Also, in dormitory you've got your own big locker and your own light.

The only things is that maybe it could be more friendly between guests.
