For cheap accomodation City Waters had it all and the location was terrific. Would definitely choose again.

I found the rooms to be very neat and tidy. The rooms were cleaned on a daily bases. Nice large LCD TV. Very conveinent self catering room. Internet available at very reasonable rate. I would highly recommend for any body long or short stay, (I stayed 10 days). Most desitination in walking distance and the best part is being right across from Langley Park.

Ideal Location for Perth visit

Pleasant staff, rooms cleaned every day, great riverside location but only 5 min walk to central Perth. Stayed for 3 weeks while on a business trip, and would stay here again.
