All was good with hotel staff on the ball and friendly. The hotel room was small for a deluxe room whilst location right at Darling Harbour for Australia Day and Chinese New Year was perfect.. Avoid the 7/11 across the road as they charge double to triple normal prices. The silver service barbcue at the hotel pub (Dundee Arms) is excellent value.
Thank you to all that made my recent stay such an experience. Easy to get around if you have meetings in the city and beyond, great if you want to have a quiet night in with comfortable bed, bathtub and reasonably priced room service menu. The 24 hr gym was a treat - although if the days are fine a run around Darling Harbour is preferred. Thank you Four Points !
Great location, friendly, courteous & very helpful staff, excellent service. We make this our Sydney base when ever we are in town. One possible area to improve would be to upgrade to digital TV.
Excellent room that was equipped with the essential necessities. Our room was upgraded for free from a city view room to a harbour view room.

Here you’ll find a variety of exhibitions that celebrate Australia’s long and complex relationship with the sea. Tour the permanent indoor galleries to see beautifully preserved Aboriginal artefacts, surfing memorabilia, and Navy objects. Outside, you can pay a little extra to tour retired Australian Naval vessels including HMAS Onslow, HMAS Vampire, or the James Craig, an 1874 square rigger.
The Pitt Street Mall is one of the busiest and most modern shopping districts in all of Australia. This block of shops located in the heart of the Sydney CBD between Market Street and King Street is closed to vehicular traffic, so you’re free to wander at leisure, popping in and out of any number of major flagship stores and specialty boutiques lining the street.
Located in the heart of Darling Harbour, Sydney Wildlife World is the place to check out authentic Australian wildlife without leaving the comforts of city limits. The park features nine different habitats and 1 km of walkways proving plenty of space to interact with koalas, wallabies, butterflies, native birds, reptiles and more. Animal feedings and live demonstrations occur throughout the day.
