The Four Points at Sheraton Experience

Thank you to all that made my recent stay such an experience. Easy to get around if you have meetings in the city and beyond, great if you want to have a quiet night in with comfortable bed, bathtub and reasonably priced room service menu.

The 24 hr gym was a treat - although if the days are fine a run around Darling Harbour is preferred.

Great location, friendly, courteous & very helpful staff, excellent service. We make this our Sydney base when ever we are in town. One possible area to improve would be to upgrade to digital TV.

Excellent Location, but...

Excellent position; however: I booked this hotel because the site listed 'cable' as a room facility. This should have been clarified as 3 sports channels, a music channel and the lifestyle channel. The hotel information channel did not work; the room did not have any reading material listing local attractions.
The 'upgrade to a king size bed' was 2 single beds pushed together. Very old hotel, even the TV was analogue and about 15 years old (and small).
Staff were friendly enough.

We stayed for four nights having decided to move out of a nearby apartment hotel which was old, dark and felt in need of restoration.

The Four Points by Sheraton was a breath of fresh air. Excellent view over Darling Harbour and Cockle Bay. Ideally situated for all sightseeing. Have booked to stay again via cheaperthanhotels. Good tea and coffee facilities. Staff very helpful
