a little different

Oct 2009 - Beverley Buchanan, Wollongong

I stayed at the same hotel 6 weeks earlier and stayed in a standard room overlooking Parramatta Road and had a wonderful room. However my last visit was in a priviledge room and looked over the eastern skyline of the city. I must say the coffee machine and robe did not, in my opinion, justify the difference in rates. My room seemed darker, and therefore smaller. The hotel overall gave great service but I was a little disappointed in what I thought would be superior accommodation given the difference in rates. Next time I will stick to the standard room rates.
